Would it be worth starting an "Announcements" list, which was for news of new mailing lists, and possibly for RFPCs, as they were created? I, for one, would like to be able to subscribe to a low-traffic list which gave me an overview of the "concrete" proposals for Perl6 (the RFCPs) and pointers to where I could go for more detailed discussions (the list announcements). I don't really have a lot to say which is relevant to the "bootstrap" list, but I lurk here so that I don't "miss anything" - and so I am available in the pool of people ready to get sucked into off-topic "detail" discussions :-) Just my 2p worth...
