Ugh, the migration was completed but I didn't stop to think how it would 
handle tags and branches. Different subtrees in CVS used the same tag name 
(like release-0-10) so these all got combined under /tags in the top of 
the SVN tree, which is bad.

I'm going to try to download the CVS tarball and convert it myself, making 
a /tags and /braches subtree for each project. We'll see how it goes.
