(forw) Local path in CPAN package released (#8)

I received this bug-report.  The reported long name was the full path of
my uploaded file, not inside the package.  It may have something to do
with the PAUSE database error which I already reported.

Hi Mark!

In the package that you’ve just recently released there’s a local path from your personal setup. I have not yet enough experience with CPAN uploading to tell how that could happen.

See the 1st line of my `cpan-outdated` output:
