Adopt HTML::Tiny and Parallel::Iterator?

Hi,

Andy Armstrong has given up almost all of his dists for adoption.

I would like to take over the HTML::Tiny module (which already lists
me as a co-author) and the Parallel::Iterator module (to which I have
contributed before).
