Failing to index Paws 0.45

Hello,

  Some days ago I uploaded Paws 0.45 to PAUSE. After a couple of days I got
advise on pplu/aws-sdk-perl#420 (comment)
<https://github.com/pplu/aws-sdk-perl/pull/420#issuecomment-1144038979> that
the upload doesn't seem to be indexed. I have tried reindexing to no avail.
I get the first message from PAUSE, but never get the second message.

   Can you help me get it indexed?

   I know this distribution is quite big and that it is causing problems. I
have an item on my TODO to try to split it up. If you can suggest any
alternative way of helping it get indexed, I would appreciate it.
