Alexander,
I have been making maintenance releases of the Perl library Data::UUID since 2006, over 16 years now. I would like to pass on maintainership, but don't have permissions to do so, because you have full ownership, and I only have comaintainer permissions.
Could you please give me permission to take (and transfer) ownership? You can reply to this email, which has cc'd modules@perl.org, the PAUSE admins.
