Unit tests failing on blead for simple doc fixes?

I'm working on some simple doc fixes, and every commit that lands 
generates an email: [scottchiefbaker/perl5] Run failed: testsuite - 
pop_docs (5287116)

Looks like the unit tests are failing

for totally unrelated code. Do we know why the tests are failing? Can 
this be fixed so it stops to generating emails for every commit?
