Windows and Visual Studio Build

I've been asking (begging) Microsoft in every way I could find to get
them to allow free use of their C compiler/linker for quite some time
now. It seems that they've done that:

Thoughts on future versions of Strawberry going out without MinGW
bundled and letting Windows users install VS Build to get things
going?
