OK, I wasn't communicating very clearly. I had some idea that there
would be some set of core Perl developers, people doing the lions
share of the Perl6 work, and that these people would be in control
of the lists, and be able to kick people off. But now that I think
about it, I have no idea if there can or will be such a distinction
been core developers and non-core develoeprs.
